Yeah it's not the best climate (time) to secure funds here, but
you could start small or work your way up in an already established place. Americans love sweets and ethnic foods, you just have to offer something a little different that is of good quality, and you will be successful )))
LOL, my father likes fudge, so I made him chocolate-coconut, chocolate-peanut butter, and penuche fudge for Christmas. The first two came out great, but I got the penuche fudge recipe off the Internet, and I ended making something resembling caramels. But, they taste pretty good actually. As the great painter Bob Ross -- LOL, Marshmallow, someday if you watch PBS, you'll discover who Bob Ross is -- would say, "a happy accident."
