second, they said that the adhamya wall is temporary remedy to security issue, mainly, related to snipers… I wish I will be wrong, but it doesn’t look like this. In 2004 a relative of mine went to Iraq. She came back here and every time I ask her, tears comes rolling down of her eyes because nothing is the same as years ago. We are now in 2007, al jadriyah has been blocked by al Hakeem, al Adhamya is now became another copy of the west bank, al sarrafiya bridge has been bombed and abu haneefa bridge is forbidden from crossing over it… This is only in Baghdad!!

I just read that Maliki halted the building of this wall. I hope this gives you some hope that people are not trying to all each other off.
I continue to pray for your country each day. There is such rich history there and it is such a shame that a small percentage can destroy so much for so many.

All Iraqis are depressed and need treatment as we're controlled by idiots.
That wall is just the way they seperate us and divide us more, that wall will aggrevate hatredness more, Saddam didn't need walls to control, it's much easier to put real checkpoints and do regular checking to every street.
